We provide a service that enables you to use past exam papers to maximise you potential (and you grade) in GCSE science.

Any reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to a Scidekick user.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of visitors to the Site and is committed to keeping your personal information secure. This Privacy Policy sets out how we will treat your personal information and how we ensure the security of that personal information.

We will not provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.

We do not store any financial information. All financial transactions on the Site are handled via our payment services provider, Stripe. We share information with PayPal only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via the Site, refunding such payments and dealing with enquiries relating to such payments and refunds.

Your name and email address is to used to identify you as a user.

Your exam board specification and tier of entry are used to give you access to the correct resources.

You exam data is used to give you feedback on your individual progress. We also anonymise this data and pool with all other users’ exam data. This enables us to provide general advice, insights and statistics for future users.

How long is the information kept?

Scidekick resources are suitable for students in Year 10 and Year 11. Student users can maintain the same user accounts through Year 10 and Year 11 covering their entire GCSE course. Unless expressly requested by the student, all student user data is deleted after 2 years. Anonymised exam data, however, is kept indefinitely.
