We provide a service that enables you to use past exam papers to maximise you potential (and you grade) in GCSE science.
Any reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to a Scidekick user.
Any reference to the “Site” is a reference to www.scidekick.co.uk
By using the Site, you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms.
Registration and Payment
It is necessary to register on the Site and pay a one-off fee in order to access the resources. This provides unlimited access to resources on the site for the specification (AQA Trilogy Science / AQA Separate Sciences) and tier of entry (Foundation / Higher) that you selected when you registered. You will lose access on 1st July at the end of the current academic year. We do not auto-renew registrations. If you wish to use the Site for another year / set of exams, then you must re-register. If you do so using the same details, you will retain your previous data.
All payments for individual access made through the Site are subject to and include UK VAT. Payments are taken via a secure provider (Stripe). All payments are final and non-refundable unless faulty. Access to the resources begins immediately upon payment. We will send you an email notification upon registration, but we cannot guarantee that the email will be received by you if your email address was entered incorrectly by you when registering.
Security & Account Details
On registration you will input an email address and password. You must keep your email address and password secure and must treat this information as confidential. You must not disclose it to anyone else. We reserve the right to disable any email address, or reset any password, if we believe that it is no longer secure or if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with these Terms.
You will be responsible for all activities and orders under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else has your account details, you must inform us. If you forget your password, please use the reset password feature on the Site.
Access to the Site
We do our utmost to ensure uninterrupted access to the Site is available 24/7, 365 days per year. However, access to the Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
We cannot be held responsible if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to suspend access at any time for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons. We will do our best to give you reasonable notice of any suspension.
